With over ten years of training experience,Physical Therapist & Personal Trainer, Sarah Ellis, brings a wealth of knowledge to the health and wellness field. She holds two degrees: a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MUSC and a Bachelors in Rehabilitation Science from Clemson University. Along with her educational background, Sarah spent several years as a collegiate athlete competing in track and field and is now a sponsored kite boarder for Air Company. Her blend of experience and education allows for personalized programs that fit the unique needs of anyone wishing to improve their health.
